Timeless stories.
Bold new voices.
Coelho Books publishes fiction and non-fiction that carry the light of ancient wisdom into the modern world — epics retold, history reopened, futures imagined.
The Last Charioteer
The Mahabharata, told by the one who knew how it would end.
From the doomed peace embassy at Hastinapura to the hunter Jara’s arrow in the forest, Krishna tells his own story. He sees every road the future can take — and that foresight is the loneliest gift of all.
An intimate, first-person epic of duty, love and letting go, in which three dynasties rise and fall: the Kurus, the Pandavas, and at last Krishna’s own Yadavas.
Our Books
Mukesh Alex Vaidya
Mukesh Alex Vaidya is a storyteller and senior software architect from Kerala. After two decades designing technology for banks, insurers and global enterprises, he writes where ancient Indian thought meets the modern world.
His books range from retellings of myth and legend — Krishna, Hanuman and the warrior-king Marthanda — to historical whodunits, conspiracy thrillers, a dystopian vision of superintelligence, and a practical guide to the power of the mind. A lifelong student of Vedic astrology and Indian philosophy, he writes stories that entertain and leave something behind.
